What gift do I buy this person with cancer?


son special needs , receives in home therapies. these people (a team of 5) have been in house, daily couple years. got know each other , consider them friends. 1 of therapist left unexpectedly , no 1 told me why awhile (because cant legally release someones medical info) found out thru person directly has breast cancer, stage 3b, think mastisized (sp?) lungs change stage 4 or 5. husband , both heartbroken hearing this. arent allowed buy therapists gifts, because no longer want hef not sure what. dont have ton of money, , want thoughtful show how means us. ideas? (she in late 20s age appripriate)
