i purchased item on friday 12/28 supposed shipped within 3 business days. paid paypal. seller marked paid didnt ship it. emailed him twice no response. has 100% positive selling feedback. should since not responding?

i've started collecting vinyl records. have 40 right asked more christmas. want shelf or can put them on.
