Changing Furnace Filters?


hello, live on 1st floor of 2-story condo building. furnace filter located on ceiling in living room. change maybe every 2-3 months, , buy walmart, size 14x20. in beginning filters cheap, not anymore, $10 find expensive.

question is: can take down old filter , vacuum well? work, or have have brand new filter?
