Should I transfer in my second year ?


im @ uni , want stay there problem uni 15 miles away live. therefore have commute hour , total headache. have spoke parents , won't allow , not worth it. there not going pay am. enjoy uni im at. problem parents close. timetable changes after xmas , have go in @ 9 4 times week ! tbh it'll difficult me wake commuting lot , pretty tired means may miss days. have spoken parents many times , no want move away easier on me killing me knowing how difficult next semister be, regret not acsepting uni last year have stayed there :(. can talk parents , how transfer in second year through ucas. thanks
