My TV is only supposed to be 720p HD but?


tv has 720p screen, display tv image, 1080p, 1080i, 720p, , on downward. in case of 1080i or -p, converts signal necessary show on 720p screen.

reason, should menu of ps3 , set output resolution match tv, 720p. eliminates need conversion , gives best possible picture.

same other device connect tv, cable box or dvd player.

when looked in instruction manual shows being able playback in 1080p? when put ps3 1080p, tv's info box shows 1080p? so, can play 1080p?

it's 19" toshiba 19bl502b..
