no need airlines in uk sponsor trainees -
there plenty of highly qualified candidates -
if had £80,000 tuition in hand, no guarantee hired -

many pilots thousand of hours on a320 or 737 trying hired -
plenty of airlines in europe have furloughed crews -
these pilots first candidates when airlines hiring again -

can't afford training myself. airlines still sponsor trainees? or joining raf best bet?
