My baby RES has a respiratory infection, and I can't take him to a vet. Help! It's bad!?


turtle 1.5 inches. acting lethargic, keeps gasping breath, , swimming lopsided. haven't tried feed him, i'm not sure if having difficulty eating. has been swimming lopsided while, thought because of current filter creates , didn't think of it. vets aren't far away out of town holidays, , don't have money take him 1 anyways. can do? know raise water temperature , move him clean tank, don't know how can raise water temperature heater not adjustable. try putting hand warmers under smaller tank aquarium heater? it's bad. isn't active is. give him sort of vitamin or something? he's baby , devastated if lost him.
