What is wrong with my bobbin? My stitches are loose.?

recall, should able hang bobbin thread without unspooling, gentle tug out. if that's right, adjust top tension stitches even.

fabric , thread difficult.

i refilled bobbin , stitches became loose. fine on top on bottom extremely lose , can pull thread right out. tried adjusting thread tension didn't help. wasn't before refilled bobbin. how fix this???
