How big do bearded dragon tanks have to be?


40 gallons minimum beardie when he's year or might want invest in larger though 1 wouldn't hurt him(it beardies spoiled , want them in biggest tank possible:)) way if getting basic beardie should do, if yur getting german giant definaty need bigger

i'm getting bearded dragon soon. have old forty 4 ish gallon tank (no smaller, maybe bigger). full grown bearded dragon comfortable in it?
