How do i get over pressure when playing volleyball?


ok doing volleyball in gym , split teams. ok (not not bad either) @ things bumping, setting, etc. thing extremely @ serving (i 6 or 7 serves in before team lose ball). got put different teams. thing 1 kid on team takes way , yells @ messes up. have pressure on me keep messing up. when comes serving don't think have gotten more 5 on net.
