I am confused, if Liberals are successful at changing the Constitution and increasing the size?

slip-sliding away of liberty has been going on ever since founding of nation , constitution based on liberty , prevention of tyranny.
immediate efforts of potential elitist tyrants blocked rapid release of bill of rights. sill, despots crafty bunch , since power corrupts, seek highest positions of power there is. seek national office , work incessantly shift power away citizens, cities , states , shift power federal government. want manage money (which power) increasing demand taxes. want guns can't resist. want restrict religion , freedom of speech.
