Can any give me a scientific explanation to this strange phenomenon (possibly sleep paralysis)?


hi,

i'm trying make scientific sense of strange event happened mother. believes ghosts i'm bit more skeptical.

woke 1 night find herself unable move or make noise whatsoever. described there similar heat haze @ foot of bed , says moved towards head. stopped @ chest , says believes that holding down. after short amount of time able let out quite yell , says after able move again. says ghosts, sleep paralysis. can't find explanation heat haze said saw. if give me scientific explanation appreciated.
