thing can contact people live @ old address , ask if can pick parcel. if don't have it, call post office sorting office local old address , ask if have parcel waiting collection - you'll able collect if if take id.

sent parcel on standard delivery, didnt arrive, turns out sent previous address paypal provided, want refund,im laptop out , possibly cash??
