Does Canada have loads of social problems amongst teenagers?


have heard people canada has severe problem concerning social issues (such smoking, drugs, depression, alcohol, peer pressure etc) amongst teenagers. true? , problem bigger teenage problems widespread in uk?

in future, i'd move canada england i'm worried children may have may become affected these problems (which why i'm asking) , decent parent, i'd want raise them in secure environment, these issues aren't prevalent. i'm thinking of moving vancouver, winnipeg or ottawa (or town/city in close proximity 1 of these cities).
