Doing ballet good or bad for ankle rehab?


sprained ankle 5 weeks ago during hockey game. before happened agent told me ballet while there no nhl , no team play yet. apparently ballet can lot hockey guess? i'm starting process of rehabbing ankle , wondering if hurt ankle more or if ankle when learning ballet?
