Sharpish pain at bottom right of my stomach...help? :(?


have had sharp-ish pain @ bottom right of stomach 3/4 days now.. not unbearable pain annoying not constant comes , goes, depends! here quite lot though.. havent been sick, diarrhoea or pain thats why wanted know be?

trapped wind or more serious? should go doctors?
