fine restaurants take on "traditional" american dishes macaroni , cheese. hubert keller has $50 cheeseburger foi gras , black truffle, instance. here in san francisco "fusion food" hot - east meets west, asian blended american or european. real traditional american food humble, britain, actually. if there's 1 single food might call that, maybe big, fat, american steaks.

I'm starting to collect records. What should I store them in?

i've started collecting vinyl records. have 40 right asked more christmas. want shelf or can put them on.
